Checklist
- Write the project report describing what was done and results.
- Include before/after photos and donor acknowledgments.
- List all workers and hours contributed.
- Meet with beneficiary to review completion.
- Obtain beneficiary signature on the Project Report.
- Obtain unit leader signature confirming requirement was met.
Tips
- Write the report soon after completion while details are fresh.
- Let the beneficiary describe the impact in their own words if possible.
